1. Acceptance

By using Empire Distributor you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Empire Distributor provides multi-channel social media scheduling and publishing tools. Service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee on the free tier.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts across organizations on paid plans without purchasing the Agency tier.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to post spam, illegal content, or content that violates platform terms of any connected social network.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Downgrade or cancel anytime; no refunds on partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elite AI Empire shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
